Refund policy

All sales are final. Original paintings, prints, and cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, and orders cannot be cancelled once accepted.

Each piece is inspected and packed in the studio before it ships. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, contact us at switzervideos@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the piece and its packaging, and we will make it right.
